Nuovi operatori turistici sono stati diplomati dai corsi organizzati dalla Fideas, Servizi avanzati per la Gestione e lo Sviluppo dell'Impresa. Presso la sede sambenedettese hanno conseguito la qualifica di "Operatori Marketing e comunicazione turistica" Elisa Blanco, Sergio Capretti, Tamara Ciarrocchi, Annalisa Fuselli, Stefano Mingione, Antonella Natale, Eleonora Santirocco, Monica Sergiacomi, Vanessa Soletti, Marianna Spaccasassi, Maeli Vitturi. I nuovi operatori hanno ottenuto la qualifica dopo aver partecipato a seicento ore di lezione e stage di 180 ore. La commissione esaminatrice era composta dal Prof. Tito Pasqualetti, indicato dal Provveditorato agli Studi, dalla dr. Maria Grazia Scaramucci dell'Ufficio Provinciale del Lavoro, da Gianfranco Antonucci in rappresentanza delle organizzazioni sindacali.
